There were also two Categories for nonstudents: Beyond... and Scream (only in Slovenia). All submissions were evaluated by an international jury composed of professors and artists as well as professionals:
The starting point for Communication studies and
Sociology was Richard Barbrook's "The Hi-Tech Gift Economy" and
for Visual arts "The Declaration Towards a Global Ethic".
